Wæm Sm-40v Ěldra (/sɤm/ /ˈɛldra/ [silly; absurd] [battery]) is a subtropical Town located in Bulchyi Parish, Qěwhachy District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Wæm Sm-40v Ěldra is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Sm-40v Ěldra was founded by Cär Rä̋mp̪f̄ 'Delux Maeve' Bë̋ Ya̋g Ha̋ń̄ Shegêbepí, who was culturaly Constructi.
